Villa Sendal

Villa Sendal is located at the top of the hill of Chavgas area in Plaka, offering a spectacular view to Elounda Bay and the island of Spinalonga.

This Villa extends on three levels, covering a total are of 430 sq.m and sleeping up to 12 people with six (6) en – suite with shower bedrooms and one guest toilet.

Entering the villa, there is a large living- dining area and the spacious kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances. Large glass sliding doors lead onto a terrace with Italian designed seating and a Weber BBQ for those who enjoy char-grilling. From the lounge you have direct access to the two upper terraces, which include the outdoor dining area, infinity pool and various sitting areas.

Walking up to the first floor, the two bedrooms consist of a master and a junior suite with stunning views, all having super king sized beds, hard wood floors and built in wardrobes.

Separate stone staircases from the living area lead to a cloakroom and laundry room equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron. In the other direction you reach a TV / Games room which has a large colorful sofa and is equipped with a large internet TV, Netflix and Blue Ray Player. In this level two bedrooms are found there, both having two single beds, which can be converted to a super king upon request, hard wood floors and built in wardrobes.

The annex provides a cozy retreat, with a king sized bed, ceramic tiled floor and built in wardrobe.

The large heated infinity pool has a salt water electrolysis system which is gentler on the skin and eyes, as chloramines are removed from the water. Few steps down, a shaded terrace into the pools sparkling clear water includes a shallow end suitable for smaller children.

There are two further terraces providing comfortable areas to relax. Firstly, outside the large kitchen sliding doors you will find a large terrace with Italian designed "Snooze" chairs and side table and a private lower terrace which can be accessed from the sun terrace and/or the two downstairs bedrooms. The side boundaries of the villa are planted with mature flowering shrubs and trees providing both privacy and ambience to the outside space.

Other features that the villa includes, are air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi internet and Bluetooth Sonos music system.
