Villa Irida

Villa Irida has been built on an elevated position so as to boast spectacular and panoramic view of the gulf of Merambello, the town of Agios Nikolaos and the countryside.

This property covers a living space area of 220 sqm unfolded in two (2) levels with the capacity to sleep up to eight (8) people with four (4) bedrooms.

The ground – entrance level consists of an open plan living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area and a lounge with a comfortable sofa and a double fronted fireplace. Patio doors, in this level, open to a large covered terrace with an outside living area, a charcoal BBQ and a dining area. Two inside steps down lead to an utility room, two bedrooms with double-beds, a bathroom with shower and a WC.

Walking up to the first floor, a master bedroom with a king size bed with ensuite bathtub, a large bedroom with two twin beds and one bathroom are found there. The double verandah doors, in each room, open to a common balcony that offers marvelous views.

All the house is surrounded by a mature garden full of trees (lemons, apricots, oranges and olives), ornamental plants and lawns. In this area, the heated swimming pool exist (on demand with an extra charge). Next to the pool comfortable sunbeds are at your disposal so as enjoy the Cretan sun.

Air conditioning in all rooms, central heating, satellite TV, home cinema system, Play Station, printer, security system and two safes are included in the amenities of this house.

Situated in a very quiet neighborhood, it is in a near distance to all local services and amenities. The Villa is only ten minutes’ drive from the town of Agios Nikolaos.  Water sports, underwater diving, tennis courts, many lovely beaches, site seeing, walking tours and many other features are present in this amazing area of Crete.
