Villa Bellelen, a marvelous luxurious property surrounded by the unspoilt and lovely Cretan countryside with direct and unrestricted panoramic views of the gulf of Merambello, the town of Agios Nikolaos and the countryside.
The property covers a built area of 307 s.qm following the site’s terrain and unfolds in two (2) levels and is located on the outskirts of Agios Nikolaos and on a hillside.
It can sleep up to 11 people in five (5) bedrooms and offers a range of facilities, modern appliances and stylish interior areas to ensure a comfortable stay.
The ground floor consists of an open plan area with large openings that allow the sun in the house, overlook the pool and garden and offer stunning views to the Mirabello Bay, the islet of Agioi Pandes and the Sitia mountains. The living room has a fireplace, two sitting areas with comfortable sofas and a smart TV. Right next is the dining area, a beautiful kitchen equipped with a range of modern appliances where you can prepare breakfast or dinner for your loved ones. On this level there are also two twin bedrooms that share a shower bathroom and a bedroom with three single beds en-suite bathroom with a tub.
A small inside staircase leads up to the upper floor, where there are two master bedrooms. Each one has a king size bed, walk-in-closet and its own bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. These rooms have access to a large furnished veranda with amazing views to the sea and the port of Agios Nikolaos!
Villa Bellelen has a 270sqm outdoor area, with a well-kept lawn garden, swimming pool of 68 sqm, BBQ area and an outdoor sauna that guarantee a unique holiday for its guests. Also there is a covered by pergola dining area for 12 guests and BBQ with oven. The house is surrounded by gardens with local trees and flowers while the 1st floor has a really big terrace that overlooks the pool.
The Villa includes elevator, Air conditioning in every room and living room, satellite TV in all bedrooms and living room, Wi- fi internet, CD & DVD player, safety boxes, security system and fire alarm system.
It is situated in a very quiet neighborhood but in near distance to all local services and amenities. The town of Agios Nikolaos is only ten minutes’ drive from the Villa. A lovely sandy beach that is rewarded with a blue flag is only 2km from the villa. Access to the villa is via asphalt road and you need a vehicle for your transportation.
